How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar to Remove Your Own Skin Tags at Home

Amazing results!

Skin tags are common soft skin growths, which in most cases appear on the neck, in the groin area, around the arms, around the breasts, or in the armpits.

They are not a serious health threat, but they might be embarrassing or cause discomfort.

They are naturally harmless and most of the time, people ignore them. However, they are not attractive to look at and can appear in many parts of the body, including:
Neck
Eyelids
Groin folds
Eyelids
Under the breasts

You can have one skin tag or you can develop more than a hundred of them. This skin problem is quite common in people who are obese, but in truth, anyone can have them. There are just some people who are more at risk, including:

Those who have used or are using steroids
Pregnant women
Those with hormonal problems
Older people

As mentioned, skin tags don’t pose a danger to your health. In fact, they are not harmful to your health or your body in any way. However, you probably don’t want them on your skin because they can affect your appearance. This is why there are cosmetic procedures that you can go through to get rid of the tags.

But why pay for the treatment if you can just do the removal on your own? You can get rid of the skin tags without pain and too much effort on your part. All you need to have is patience and of course, this one ingredient that can help you remove skin tags in just a week or less: apple cider vinegar.

Using Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) for Your Skin Tags

You only need three things for this method:
Apple cider vinegar (any brand)
Small Band-Aid
Dropper

When these three are available, here are the very simple steps you need to following:
Get a drop or two of the apple cider vinegar using the dropper.
Place the vinegar on the Band-Aid.
Apply on your skin tag.
Let this remain there for at least five days.

If you shower every day, you should remove the Band-Aid before you go to the bathroom. Then, reapply the treatment after showering.

Why is ACV Effective?
Using apple cider vinegar works because it can destroy the tissue of your skin tag. As a result, the blemish goes away without coming back. The acidity level of the liquid can solve your problem in no time. However, bear in mind that some people have sensitive skin, so they tend to itch when they apply the vinegar. If it is your first time to treat the skin tag, it can sting a bit. To avoid this, you can dilute the apple cider vinegar with water before you do the treatment.
