You can see the desperation in this dog’s eyes. You can also see his fur is stained red. The chain around his neck to too tight and has started to bury itself in his flesh. You can see here, that the dog was too skinny too. He had been neglected for too long.
Thankfully, he was rescued, and the collar was taken off – in surgery. Watch the video below to see his story. There is hope for other animals that are suffering. That hope is YOU.
