The ancient Chinese recipe – Removes cholesterol, cleanses the blood stream
Ingredients:
- 36 cloves garlic
- 3 medium organically grown lemon
- 1 liter of purified water
Instructions:
- Peel the garlic and cut into large pieces.
- Wash the lemon and soak it in water with a little baking soda and leave for an hour.
- After an hour, cut a lemon into small slices.
- Boil one liter of water.
- Add the lemon and garlic.
- Return the mixture back on the stove and cook over low heat. Do not allow to boil.
- Allow to cook for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, strain the liquid.
- Drink 50 ml three times daily before meals.
