A woman named Erika Burch was shopping at a local WalMart outlet located in Cleveland, Texas, when she saw a man dragging a young lass by her hair, along with his shopping cart! Turns out that the man was actually the girl’s father – and was punishing his daughter!

Erika tried to get him to stop, but he told her to mind her own business – similar incidents were also reported in the Cleveland outlet, and staff are well-aware of it.

However, the man cannot be convicted unless there is evidence showing bodily abuse done to the child. Parental discipline should never be so harsh, cold and violent – children should have a happy childhood.
