What you need to do to eliminate neck pain
Exercise 1. Turn the head to the left and slowly lower it until the chin touches the shoulder. Hold the position for 5 seconds. Then, turn your head to the right and hold the position for 5 seconds.
Then, turn your head to the left, move it backwards stretching the neck as much as you can and hold the position for 5 seconds. Perform the same procedure by turning to the other side. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 2. Rest your chin on your hands and putting resistance on your arms try to tilt your head down. Then, move the head back, also putting resistance in the arms. Repeat 15 times.
Exercise 3. Put your hands together and place them on the nape of the neck, move the head back only using the strength of the muscles of the neck and doing resistance with the hands. Then, lean your head forward as much as you can and keep pressing with your hands on the nape of the neck. Repeat 15 times.
