In today’s article, we are about to show you a recipe for a soup which will get rid of the flu shot. It consists of thyme, onions, lemons, and over 50 garlic cloves. It is potent enough to kill viruses such as colds, flu, and the norovirus!

- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 26 garlic cloves (unpeeled)
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- ½ a cup of ginger
- ½ a tsp. of cayenne powder
- 1 and ½ a tsp. of chopped thyme
- 2 and ¼ cups of onions (sliced)
- ½ a cup of coconut milk
- 26 garlic cloves (peeled)
- 4 lemon wedges
- 3 and ½ cups of vegetable broth
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 F and put the 26 garlic cloves in a glass dish for baking. Then, add 2 tbsp. of olive oil and add the sea salt. Let it coat and then cover it with some foil. Bake for 45 minutes until the garlic gets golden color and becomes tender. Then, let it cool down and squeeze each garlic clove in order to release the juice and put them in a different bowl. Next, melt the butter and add the onions, thyme, ginger, and the cayenne powder. The onions shall become translucent and it will take you no more than 6 minutes.
Then, put the additional 26 cloves on the roasted garlic and cook for additional 3 minutes. After some time, add the vegetable broth and leave it to simmer. It won’t take you more than 20 minutes. At the end, put the soup in a blender and then pour it to a saucepan. Before let it simmer, add the coconut milk, some sea salt, and pepper. Squeeze some lemon juice from 1 lemon the soup is ready to be served! You can prepare the soup one day ahead and store it in a fridge. Re-warm it when you need.
