Process :

  5. Add the chopped onions to it and cook it for 10 minutes.
  6. After this mash, the garlic properly with a fork and add it to the pan.
  7. Later add the chopped herbs and chicken broth to the pan.
  8. Add the bread and cook everything on low heat for 5 minutes.
  9. Check if the bread cubes have become soft.
  10. Blend the soup until it becomes smooth.
  11. At the end add sour cream as well as salt and pepper as per your taste.
  12. Your yummy soup is ready. Serve it hot!
