Ingredients:
  • 4 tsp baking soda
  • 4 tbsp honey
Preparation:
  • Mix baking soda with honey in small pot, cook on low for 5-10 minutes.
  • Do not refrigerate.
  • Take 1 tsp of the mixture 1-3 times each day, for 30-60 days.
  • Be careful to never take it closer than an hour to mealtime.
