Today we decided to present you a diet, which has been proven to be very effective. It lasts for 10 days and all you need to do is start using certain foods in your daily diet. It is even possible to lose 7 kg in just one week. This diet is based on cucumbers. Thus, you can eat one cucumber whenever you feel hungry.

Cucumber Diet (Daily Plan)

Breakfast:

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 plate cucumber salad

Snack:

  • 5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (lower than 200gr)

Lunch:

  • 1 piece toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad

Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr of cucumber
  • 200ml of sour milk or yogurt
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 fresh onion

Instructions:

First, peel and cut the cucumber to small pieces. Then, add salt and mix well. Finally, add sour milk or yogurt and mix it gently. Add the onion and serve.

Snacks:

  • Cucumber shake

Cucumber Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • a hand of washed spinach
  • some fresh ginger

Instructions:

You should add all of the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Then, transfer the mixture in a glass and drink it while it is fresh.

Dinner:

  • Fruit of your choice (300 gr)
