A woman clenches a towel under her leg and impresses a million viewers. This is the reason.

It really relieves the pain!

If you suffer from knee pain, you know exactly how debilitating it can be. Keeping your knees healthy is extremely important because pain in your knees can have a drastic effect on your quality of life. Unfortunately, arthritis is a common condition for many older people and the knees are often affected. But there is still a very simple exercise that can help to relieve the pain or sometimes even stop it completely. And it can also make you feel a lot younger!

This is how it works:

Take a towel and fold it in the middle. Now sit down on a chair or a couch. Tuck the folded towel under your knee as tightly as possible and place the heel of your foot on the edge of the chair or couch that you’re sitting on.

With your leg in position, remove your hands and tighten your hamstring and calf muscles quickly at the same time. This will form a slight gap in your knee joint that should relieve or completely stop the pain.

You can see how it’s done in this video:

Over a million people have already watched the video and are impressed with the results of this pain-relieving exercise. Try it out for yourself!
