DIET PLAN FOR 7 DAYS
Monday
Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 orange and 1 cup of orange juice
Snack: 1 cup of orange juice with 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 100 g of boiled fish along with 100 grams of fresh vegetable salad
Dinner: The same as lunch
Before going to bed: 1 cup orange juice with 1 small piece of toast
Tuesday
Breakfast: 1 soft-boiled egg and 1 cup of apple juice
Snack: 1 small piece of toast and 1 cup of apple juice
Lunch: 100 grams of cooked meat along with 2 boiled potatoes and 4 lettuce leaves
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled fish combined with 1 hard-boiled egg, some lettuce and peas (no matter if they’re fresh or canned)
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice and 1 toast
Wednesday
Breakfast: 1 cup of lean milk and 1 slice of toast
Snack: 100 g. of lean cheese
Lunch: 100 g of rice, 150 g. of fresh cabbage salad sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and chopped parsley
Dinner: 100 g of cooked meat with 4 lettuce leaves, 1 apple
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice and 1 small piece of toast
Thursday
Breakfast: 1 cup of pineapple juice, 60 g. of pineapple
Snack: 1 cup of pineapple juice and 1 small piece of toast
Lunch: 100 g. of boiled meat along with a small piece of cheese and 1 orange
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes with 150 g. of grated carrot salad with some oil
Before going to bed: 1 cup of pineapple juice and 1 slice of toast
Friday
Breakfast: 1 cup of apple juice and 1 small toast
Snack: 1 apple and 1 orange
Lunch: 150 grams of boiled fish with 2 small boiled carrots
Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (you can have creamy, mushroom soup or fish stew) and a small piece of bread
Before going to bed: 1 cup of orange juice with 1 small piece of toast
Saturday
Breakfast: 1 cup of apple juice with 1 slice of toast
Snack: 150 g. of boiled grated beets salad with a little bit of olive oil
Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (creamy, mushroom soup or fish stew) and 1 small piece of bread
Dinner: 100 g. of fried mushrooms with 100 g. of fresh vegetable salad
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice and 2 biscuits
Sunday
Breakfast: 1 banana and 1 handful of grapes
Snack: 1 cup of carrot juice with 1 small piece of toast
Lunch: 100 g. of fresh cabbage salad, 100 g. of boiled meat, young onions and juice of 1 lemon
Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (creamy, mushroom soup or fish stew) and 4 lettuce leaves, 100 g. of fruit
Before going to bed: 1 cup of apple juice and 2 dried figs
If you think you should, you can repeat this diet for 2-4 weeks, but make sure you don’t repeat it longer than that. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables all the time. Your protein intake should be increased gradually. Your daily intake of vitamins and minerals will be complete because you’ll eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Do some moderate physical activity, like for example: cycling, walking or swimming. You’ll be slim and healthy in no time!
