Indigestion or dyspepsia is a condition during which people experience pain and discomfort in their stomach because of the difficulty to digest the food. It can be a consequence of certain medications, acid reflux, peptic ulcers, bile duct abnormalities, etc.

You will need:

  • Cabbage
  • Beetroot
  • Carrot
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Seasonings (optional)

Preparation: Grate 1/3 of the cabbage, the beetroot, and the carrot and then mix them together. If you want to, you can add seasonings of your choosing and then sprinkle a bit of lemon juice and olive oil.
