There’s a truly special bond between humans and their furry friends. Especially when you’ve got a creature as lovable as this canine companion.
Cash, a 12-year-old golden retriever has a very loving family and they all take good care of each other. But when his sister Rosie died, his owners noticed that poor Cash got depressed.
He would sleep most of the day and he had lost his bouncy personality.They knew that Cash would grieve for his departed sister, but they didn’t expect him to grieve for a full year.
“WHEN ROSIE DIED, HE JUST KIND OF SEEMED LOST. HE SLEPT 23 AND A HALF HOURS A DAY. HE JUST NEEDED MORE EXCITEMENT IN HIS LIFE.”
They knew he needed to mourn, but the family hated seeing how sad Cash was, so they stepped in to try and get him out of his funk… That’s when they bought him a small gift.
In the video below, you can see Cash’s owner place a box on the floor in front of him. That’s when Cash’s curiosity kicks in and he starts to investigate.
