How to Clear Your Fruits and Vegetables From the Cancerous Pesticides

We all know about the contamination of vegetables and fruits. Because of that, we must learn how to remove the pesticides from your food.

You should know that the pesticides can’t be washed just with water.

Washing vegetables and fruits with vinegar

Today we will present you how to remove the bacteria from your vegetables and fruits. You need to make a mixture of water and vinegar in a ratio of 3 : 1. This mixture is able to remove even 98% of the bacteria. Vegetables and fruits should be soaked in this mixture for 10 – 20 minutes, and after then rinse the food with water. Also, you can pour the mixture into a bottle that has sprayer and to spray the vegetables and fruits with it. Let them like that for 10 minutes and then rinse with water.

Here are other very effective mixtures:
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

For those products who have a very high percentage of pesticides, you should try this solution

  • 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of baking soda, half a cup of apple cider vinegar and a few drops of grapefruit seed extract. Soak the ingredients for one hour.

Remove outer layers – try to eat just the internal parts of the ingredients, because the outer layers maybe contain a high percentage of pesticides

Peel the vegetables and fruits – this is probably the best way to remove those harmful pesticides, especially when it comes to the apples. Before you peel the apples, rinse them with water.
