Frozen shoulder is a painful condition that causes stiffness, reduced mobility and pain in the shoulder. You may try everything (medications, physiotherapy, steroid injections) to relieve the pain, and yet, you are not able to eliminate the pain. Our suggestion is to try a natural treatment!

What Is Frozen Shoulder?

Frozen shoulder, or also known as adhesive capsulitis is an inflammation of the capsule of the humerus. The shoulder joint has an articular capsule of the humerus, a very loose joint capsule. The connective tissue can become stiff and inflamed.

In most cases, frozen shoulder occurs to one shoulder at a time. This can limit the range of motion in the shoulder and you may experience stiffness or tightness.

You will experience constant pain which gets worse with cold weather or in the night. If not treated on time, this condition may lead to an extent when you will not be able to lift your arm.

Anti-Inflammatory Juices

Drinking anti-inflammatory juices is a natural way to prevent inflammation and other inflammatory conditions.

The following juice recipes are extremely beneficial and can provide amazing results. They will speed up the healing process and eliminate the inflammation in your shoulder.

Beetroot contains carotenoids, betalains, ascorbic acid, phenolic acids and flavonoids which have potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and can effectively reduce oxidative stress and chronic inflammation.

Needed Ingredients:

How Much To Drink and For How Long

It all depends on how severe your condition is. It is recommended to make 1 liter of juice every day. Divide it into 3 portions, and drink them in the morning, afternoon, and evening, on empty stomach, 15 minutes before your meal.

Note: People suffering from diabetic, low blood pressure, a blood disorder or yeast infection should drink 500ml/day. Make sure to divide the juice into 2 portions for morning and afternoon.

You should also avoid inflammatory-causing foods and include more foods that can effectively eliminate inflammation.

If you take any medications, make sure to drink your juices 2 hours apart from medication.

These juices are extremely potent so after the first day, you may experience some improvement. You should continue drinking these juices on the second and third day.
