Alhana said that she did the pregnancy test twice and that it was negative both times. But what surprised her is when Keola (the dog) did something unusual. She said that the dog started digging and searching for something in the trash. And Keola stopped doing that when he found the pregnancy test in the trash. And when Keola found it, it was actually saying that it is positive. Even the doctors told her that she is not pregnant even though she had nausea.
