-3 cups of traditional oatmeal

-1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
-1-/4 cup of sunflower seeds
-1 tablespoon poppy seeds
-1 tbls. of flax seeds
-1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)
-1/2 cup of honey
-1 tblsp. of sesame seeds
-3/4 cup dried cranberries

Preparation:
-Preheat the oven to medium temperature and cover a baking sheet with butter paper or a silicone baking sheet. Mix all the ingredients except honey and blueberries.

-Place the mixture in the roasting pan forming a thin layer. If the honey is not liquid, place it in the microwave for a few seconds. It must be liquid to be able to place it on the oats and nuts.
