How to make your own granola at home
Today I want to share with you a simple and delicious homemade granola , a healthy option to start the day with a lot of fiber and energy.

Ingredients:
-3 cups of traditional oatmeal
-1 cup of sliced ​​almonds
-3/4 cup of raw pistachios
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-1/2 cup chopped pecan nuts
-1/4 cup dried coconut
-1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
-1-/4 cup of sunflower seeds
-1 tablespoon poppy seeds
-1 tbls. of flax seeds
-1/2 teaspoon of salt (optional)
-1/2 cup of honey
-1 tblsp. of sesame seeds
-3/4 cup dried cranberries

Preparation:
-Preheat the oven to medium temperature and cover a baking sheet with butter paper or a silicone baking sheet. Mix all the ingredients except honey and blueberries.

-Place the mixture in the roasting pan forming a thin layer. If the honey is not liquid, place it in the microwave for a few seconds. It must be liquid to be able to place it on the oats and nuts.

-It is not necessary to mix the preparation, if we do it surely granola balls are formed that we will not be able to spread on the tray.

-Bake for 30 minutes and stir gently every 10 minutes to avoid burning.

-Take out of the oven and let it cool down. Once cold add the blueberries. Store the granola in an airtight container, it can be kept for a month, but the truth is that it is so rich that I doubt it lasts that long.

Important notes
You can several dry fruits according to your tastes.

Dry fruits such as raisins, dried pineapple, dried apple or banana chips should be added after baking the granola so they do not burn.

To avoid stickiness, at the end of cooking you can add ¼ cup of neutral oil, such as canola.

You can put more or less nuts as well as dried fruits.
