Soak Your Feet in This Powerful Baking Soda Mixture 2x Each Week To Heal Dry And Cracked Feet

I'm trying this.

There is nothing more unattractive than dry, cracked feet and calloused toes and heels. However, the climate, uncomfortable shoes, workout routines, lifestyle habits, and aging seem to work against our sandal-model worthy feet.

Numerous of you probably often visit nail salons and spas to prepare for going to the beach, but if done regularly, this can be much time-consuming and expensive. Moreover, many of the products used are actually full of dangerous chemicals.

However, there is always an option to start using homemade, and natural products, and get the same effects. We recommend an essential oil foot balm, which is a combination of peppermint and tea tree oil.

It will moisturize, revive the feet, and prevent bacterial and fungal infections.

However, you will also love the following simple, natural, and inexpensive baking soda mixture foot soak routine, which will clean up cracked feet and help you get rid of the calluses.

DIY Baking Soda Foot Soak

You will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda
  • Moisturizer
  • 4-5 liters of warm water in a bucket
  • Soft scrub sponge/brush / pumice stone
  • Lavender oil (optional)

Instructions:

Pour the baking soda in the water, stir until it is dissolved, and if you like, add a few drops of lavender oil.  Soak the feet for 20 minutes.

Then, with a sponge, scrub brush, or a pumice stone, rub the underside of the feet. Apply some moisturizer with a high glycerin content, or coconut oil put on socks, and go to sleep! Repeat this once or twice a week.

If you need to get a more intense at-home pedicure, make a paste of baking soda and water, and scrub the feet before you scrub them with a sponge or brush.

This homemade feet treatment will help you step out with confidence, and look and feel amazing!
