You will need:
- 3 tablespoons of baking soda
- Moisturizer
- 4-5 liters of warm water in a bucket
- Soft scrub sponge/brush / pumice stone
- Lavender oil (optional)
Instructions:
Pour the baking soda in the water, stir until it is dissolved, and if you like, add a few drops of lavender oil. Soak the feet for 20 minutes.
Then, with a sponge, scrub brush, or a pumice stone, rub the underside of the feet. Apply some moisturizer with a high glycerin content, or coconut oil put on socks, and go to sleep! Repeat this once or twice a week.
If you need to get a more intense at-home pedicure, make a paste of baking soda and water, and scrub the feet before you scrub them with a sponge or brush.
