An incredible cosmetic

Acne is one of the most widespread skin ailments. Many people are afflicted by it and the range of cosmetics and medicine available to treat it is massive — so much so that you can easily lose track of them and they can become quite expensive quickly. And anyway, who knows what’s in all those cosmetic products? Well, there is a very simple and completely natural way to make those annoying pustules go away. You just need a banana peel.

They can be used in six different variations to end your suffering once and for all. A banana peel has many excellent properties:

  • It contains the vitamins A, B, C and E.
  • It contains zinc, manganese and iron, which help prevent infections.
  • It acts as a natural peel, removing toxins from your pores.
  • Furthermore, it has an antiseptic effect and is thus well-suited to fight bacteria that cause acne.
  • Banana peels are rich in antioxidants, which fight acne-causing germs.
  • They have enzymes that keep the skin moist.
  • They contain starch that removes excess oil from your pores.

1st variation: Pure banana peel

The first variation does not require much effort or equipment. You just need a banana. You just cut up the peel into pieces that you then rub on your skin for 10 minutes straight after washing your skin beforehand with a lot of water. Don’t rub it in your eyes. Allow it to all be absorbed by your skin for 20 minutes and then wash off thoroughly with water. Repeat this procedure two to three times every day.

2nd variation: Banana peel with oatmeal

You can make a very simple and effective acne-fighting paste using banana peels and oatmeal. Add a banana peel into a mixer along with 3 tbsp of sugar and 1/2 cup of oatmeal and blend the whole thing. Then you apply this mixture to your face after washing it beforehand. Gently massage the paste on your face in circular motions (excluding your eyes). Then allow the whole thing to be absorbed for about 10 minutes. Following this, wash off your face with lukewarm water and apply moisturizing cream (preferably without oil). The process should be repeated every day.

3rd variation: Banana peel with turmeric

Turmeric contains substances that are both antibacterial and act as disinfectants. They help reduce swelling and red spots and eliminate germs that cause acne. Add a banana peel to a mixer and create a paste. Then mix in the same amount of turmeric powder so that the proportions are about 50-50. Next, add in some water—enough to create a fine paste. Massage this paste onto your face after washing it beforehand and let it be absorbed for about 15 minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water, apply an oil-free moisturizing cream and repeat the process every day.

4th variation: Banana peel with lemon

The natural acid from lemons help kill acne-causing bacteria. Furthermore, it helps existing scars to fade. With this variation, you really have to make sure that your eyes do not come in contact with the mixture. The acid contained in the lemon can cause very painful burning sensations, so be careful! Add a banana peel into a mixer. Now add lemon juice in a 50-50 proportion and mix it all well. Apply the paste that you create with a cotton pad onto your face. Then gently massage it in and wait 15 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water and repeat the whole process every day.

5th variation: Banana peel with baking powder

Baking powder is excellent at ridding your pores of toxins. Blend a banana peel into a paste. Take 1 tbsp of the mixture and stir in 1/2 tbsp of baking powder into it. Add enough water to create a fine paste. Apply the mixture to your face with a cotton pad, gently massaging it in. Be careful not to get it in your eyes. After 2 minutes, wash off your face with lukewarm water and treat your skin to an oil-free moisturizing cream afterward. Repeat this process every day and soon the acne will be gone.

6th variation: Banana peel with honey

Honey also has an antibacterial effect and acts as a moisturizer at the same time. Blend a banana peel and add in 1/2 tbsp of honey to create a paste. Using a cotton swab, apply the paste to your face in gentle circular motions. Here you should also not rub the paste in your eyes. After allowing it to be absorbed for 15 minutes, wash off your face with lukewarm water and apply an oil-free cream. Repeat daily and your skin will soon be free of those annoying pimples.
