DAY 1
For breakfast – oranges and boiled eggs (2 of each), low-fat sour milk (1 cup).
For lunch – yogurt (1 cup), boiled chicken (200 g.).
For dinner – boiled egg and orange (1 of each), chicken (150 g.).

DAY 2
For breakfast – boiled eggs (2), lemon juice (1 lemon)
For lunch – grapefruit (1), roasted fish (150 g.).
For dinner – boiled eggs (3).

DAY 3
For breakfast – boiled eggs (2), lemon juice (1 cup) and warm water (1 cup).
For lunch – grapefruit (1), boiled beef (200 g.).
For dinner – boiled eggs (3).

DAY 4
For breakfast – scrambled eggs (3) with onion, dill, and parsley.
For lunch – seasonal salad, boiled chicken (150 g.).
For dinner – boiled egg (1) and oranges (2).

DAY 5
For breakfast – boiled eggs (2), carrots (2) and sour cream (1tbsp.).
For lunch – fresh orange juice and carrots (2).
For dinner – boiled egg (1) and boiled fish (100 g.).

DAY 6
For breakfast – fresh citrus juice, low-fat yogurt (150 g.).
For lunch – grapefruits and boiled eggs (2 of each).
For dinner – only water.

DAY 7
For breakfast – grapefruit (½) and boiled eggs (2).
For lunch – orange (1), beef (200 g.).
For dinner – only water.
This diet is very restrictive so you must consult your doctor if you have any health issues. After you finish the diet eat oranges, cheese, grapefruit, and eggs until you get back to your normal diet.
